This page explains what Mountain View Bath Co collects when you use this website, what we do with it and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you contact us through the quote form or by phone we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the location of the property you are asking about, and whatever you tell us about the project. We also collect ordinary technical data, such as IP address, browser type and which pages were viewed, for analytics and security.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to you, to connect you with a local remodeler and to follow up on your request. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties for marketing.

Who sees it

The people handling your enquiry, and the contractor we connect you with so they can quote and coordinate the work. We use ordinary commercial providers for hosting, form processing and analytics, each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

California privacy rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct it and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mountainviewbathco.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for basic site function and analytics to understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser and the site will still work.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email hello@mountainviewbathco.com and we will respond within five business days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material will be flagged on the homepage for at least thirty days.
